1. Order Management Specialist

How You’ll Make an Impact
Owner of the order management process from handover through to invoice of spare parts business, support project team in the material delivery of Repair & Overhaul and Modernization & Upgrade business.
Responsible for order booking, raising purchase orders on internal and external supplier, issuing order confirmations to the client, expediting delivery and coordinating shipments with the customer and freight forwarders.
Collaborates with internal teams (Technical Support, Engineering, Product Competency Centres, Sales, etc.) to clarify technical requests from the customer and resolve delivery concerns.
Coordinates with Project Manager for outage/project critical deliveries to ensure on time project execution.
Reviews, checks and prepares as necessary all shipping documentation to ensure all country specific requirements are fulfilled. Prepares all necessary documentation for invoicing and revenue recognition.
Assists the finance team with accurate forecasting of deliveries to ensure revenue and cash collection targets are met.
Follows up with customer to ensure payment is on track, and that there are no issues preventing cash collection.

What You Bring
3-5 years experience in a related field – preferably in the energy industry
Experience of collaboration with cross border teams, regional companies, and external partners.
Experience of collaboration with Product Competency Centres and suppliers
Experience of ERP software use (SAP, Oracle etc.) and CRM tools (salesforce.com)
Experience in technical function areas with commercial experience.
Engineering degree or equivalent
Ability to work independently and under pressure against tight deadlines.
Ability to create structure and follow process.

2. Grid Technologies Products Training Manager

By standardizing training and leveraging digital solutions, the Training Manager will help the company achieve greater scalability and speed in its training efforts.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Develop and implement a comprehensive training framework that aligns with the GT PR global manufacturing operation’s needs (focus on technical and soft skills of blue- and white-collar personnel)

What You Bring

Strong background in development of competency management system
Background in Learning Management System development and implementation, in transformers or switchgears manufacturing and in establishing training centers for blue-collars competency development

How You’ll Make an Impact
Project Leadership: Direct and lead teams to complete complex installation and commissioning projects.
Project Support: Support central and regional functions with planning, coordination, and methods to complete I&C of control system upgrades; create detailed project schedules, people estimates, manage I&C toolkits, witness or support FAT and SAT as needed.
Technical Guidance: employ a review and assessment strategy with regional teams to ensure appropriate customer agreements, handovers, and capability (tools, methods, roles and trained people) are in place to effectively prepare and deliver I&C services.

What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience – professional accreditation in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Controls Systems or related field.
Project management certification, e.g. PMP, Prince2, CPM, etc.) is highly desirable, practical project management or project engineering knowledge is essential.
Work experience in industrial controls systems installation and commissioning, with proven track record in successful management of projects within an industrial environment for rotating equipment or general process plant operations. Prior experience in a leadership role is essential.
Familiarity of change management processes and tools, project engineering methods as well as experience with relevant industry standards (e.g. IEEE, IEC, NFPA 70E, etc.) would be desirable.
Experience working with industrial aero-derivative gas turbine technology or similar industrial products for Oil & Gas or Energy industry would be advantageous, but experience from other industries with transferable skills could also be considered.
Practitioner of a Systems Engineering approach to continuous improvement is highly desirable.
Ability to work under pressure without being pressured and have proactive positive attitude.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage teams and interact with stakeholders in culturally diverse environments.
