Required jobs in Darwish Interserve company and their details:

1. Biomedical Engineer

Job Description:

• Provide maintenance services for dental, medical and Lab equipment to include receipt, preventive maintenance, repair, calibration, inventory control, and approved modification as well as computer systems, and dental, medical and Lab software
• Providing Technical specifications preparation for newly acquiring Dental, medical and Lab equipment/instruments before purchasing.
• Providing the Tender equipment evaluations for the equipment coordinating with end users and other concerned users.
• Receives the equipment. Inspects and documents equipment identification data
• Labels equipment with appropriate numerical tags.
• Evaluate and assess performance of dental, medical, and lab device demonstrations
• Coordinate and supervise manufacturer engineers for any equipment Service Contract for PMs, Breakdowns, warranty repairs and annual calibrations.
• Attend to all of the Corrective maintenance calls or requests at anytime
• Analyzes and troubleshoots equipment malfunctions utilizing electronic schematics, diagnostic testing equipment, and manufacturer’s technical literature. Identifies faulty circuits, systems, and parts.

2. IP-CCTV System Supervisor

Job Description:

• Must have 3 year full time technical Diploma in Engineering/ Science course from a recognized technical college or equivalent qualification
• Minimum Five (5) years’ experience in the installation, Maintenance and implementation of IP-CCTV systems including Networking, commissioning, troubleshooting, operation and maintenance.
• Must possess the technical knowledge to troubleshoot complex IP-Network systems.
• Candidate must also have excellent communication skills and proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.

3. Quality Control Inspector

Job Description:

• Review project/work specifications prior to work execution
• Review project quality plan submitted the service provider to identify the list of inspection/testing checklists and their timelines
• Ensure the materials to be used to perform the work are in compliance with the approved samples
• Assist the project engineer in preparing the quality control and testing plan
• Perform the quality inspection and testing activities prepared in conjunction with the project engineer to ensure the work is executed according to technical specifications and method of statement
• Ensure the used materials is the same as approved ones
• Ensure the service provider performs inspections and testing according to the approved service provider quality plan
• Follow-up on the corrective actions to eliminate the source on non conformance
• Prepare and submit quality control report to the project engineer
• Perform handing over testing and inspection
• Prepare and submit QC handing over report to project engineer
• Participate in the final project inspection as requested by the project engineer

4. IP CCTV Technician

Job Description:

• Technical Training Course Certificate ( Full Time 1-1.5 years ) in Electrical / Electronics / Communication/IT/Audio Visual/Instrumentation from recognised Govt. Institutes / or accredited colleges / or national Technical Course Certification Authority like ITI, TESDA, NVQ etc.
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in the installation, Maintenance and implementation of Ip-CCTV systems including Networking, commissioning, troubleshooting, operation and maintenance.
• Must possess the technical knowledge to troubleshoot complex IP-Network systems.
• Must have 1 year full time technical Certification course from a recognized technical college or equivalent qualification
• Candidate must also have excellent communication skills and proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.

5. Project Engineer

Job Description:

• Develop forecasts for facilities, and other renovation/modifications requirements, related budgets and schedule estimates; Develop detailed plans for all maintenance activities to be undertaken in-house
• Develop preventive maintenance schedule for building and facilities related maintenance and present the plan to the Head of Maintenance Section for comments and constraints
• Supervise and ensure the implementation of the approved preventive maintenance plan
• Act as a Coordinator between QU and the Contractor’s managementand Facilitator to the project.
• Supervise and ensure timely resolution of corrective maintenance requests/complaints Keep records of all maintenance tasks received through QU representative engineers, complaints, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Prepare the monthly work orders report
• Inspect maintenance work and projects to ensure procedures and materials comply with maintenance and project specifications, contract documents and/or work instructions

6. Landscape Engineer

Job Description:

• Conducts routine inspection of all soft landscape, irrigation network and related activities, Sport Facilities etc. and preparation of snags report.
• Must have knowledge in soft landscape maintenance activities such as cutting/mowing grass, turf maintenance, planting flowers, pulling weeds, trimming edges, mulching, fertilizing, pruning, tilling soil, planting, irrigation & associated equipment/material, spraying insecticides/pesticides, plants garbage removal, maintaining machines etc.
• Monitor the performance of the supervisors, technicians etc to be provided under this project and, take corrective action where appropriate, in terms of increasing the efficiency, of the workers, and quality of the workmanship etc.
• Inspect maintenance work and projects to ensure procedures and materials comply with maintenance and project specifications, contract documents and/or work instructions.
• Develop and ensure the implementation of the preventive maintenance plan.
• Plan the resolution of corrective maintenance requests/complaints.
• Coordinating with other landscape contractors to schedule work activities and track progress, take corrective action where appropriate.
• Maintain detailed project files and ensure that an updated copy of the documents such as “as built” drawings are submitted to the Archives and Mail unit at an appropriate stage during the project or on its completion

7. Operations Manager MEP (Arabic Man)

Job Description:

• Proven experience in commercial management and customer relation management
• Good understanding of MEP maintenance and & operations
• Good understanding of the management of the facilities management
• Good knowledge of Hard services, including specialist services
• Good knowledge of quality management, health and environmental management systems and relevant laws
• Experience in the culture of performance, and the use of technology to achieve this wherever possible
• Ability to plan and organize and supervise teams and be decisive when require.
• Abilities to build relationships between managers, staff, supply chain and stakeholders
• Experience in computer programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and presentation skills
• Highly self-motivated and able to work under own initiative

8. Mechanical Supervisor

Job Description:

• Conducts routine inspection of all MECHANICAL equipment in the buildings, sport facilities, chiller plants, sewage and drainage facilities, domestic and irrigation water facilities – to verify operation ability and maintenance plan implementation including preparation of snag reports for action of outsourced Operation & Maintenance Contractor and attending to Oracle System Work Requests (site inspection and evaluation)
• Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning System Facilities (chillers, cooling towers, pumps, air handling units, fan coil units, split ACU, window ACU, Packaged ACU, DX ACU, Precision ACU, Toilet Exhaust Fans, Fume hood Extract Fans, Air compressors, piping – insulation, cladding system, hydronic system specialty devices, gauges, pressurization units, VFD/VSD panels, chiller plant managers)
• Sewage and Drainage Facilities (sump pits, lift stations, pumps, manholes, piping system, odour control facility, water meter registry readings)
• Fire Fighting Facilities
• Sprinkle system (sprinkler gears, hydronic specialty devices, pumps, DG sets, switchgears, pipe and hangers, fuel tank)
• Fire Hose Cabinets and associated components
• Clean Agent Suppression System (N2 gas, FM 200 gas, nozzles, cylinders, solenoid valves, gauges, pipes and hangers)

9. Instrument Technician

Job Description:

• Draft work orders and obtain work request, together with action plans and diagrams from supervisor, review work and arrange for the necessary materials, tools and equipment to complete the task.
• To ensure availability of materials and follow-up to ensure satisfactory completion. Participate in the diagnosis of faults.
• Inspect and test completed work to ensure that it has been carried out in accordance with requirements and that equipment performs satisfactorily, prior to handing back to operating section.
• Install, maintain or repair, on site or in the workshop, a variety of electronic & microprocessor lab instrumentation.
• Evaluates and inspects a specific work to be done upon the receipt of Work Request generated by the Oracle System, including also some letter requests and/or verbal directives / requests from various operating departments of Qatar University.
• Test and calibrate repaired electronic & lab instruments. Issue comprehensive daily activity reports outlining the cause of the fault, the nature of the work and the materials, labor and time taken to complete the task.
• Ensure that all tools and test equipment are kept in a clean and serviceable condition. To ensure adherence to HSE Standards and Guidelines in all areas of their work.
• Advises Supervisor of spare parts and materials requirements. Ensures that all maintenance activities are conducted within Company standing instructions and procedures as per industry practice.
• Ensure that all the relevant facilities master data and related maintenance related information is updated in QU’s asset/facilities management system in an accurate and timely manner

10. Mechanical HVAC Engineer (Arabic Nationality)

Job Description:

• Well-developed leadership skills.
• Promotes strong teamwork ethic and customer services excellence through empowerment.
• Proven experience managing people.
• Good working knowledge of electrical systems (electrical, Control,ELV,BMS,etc), and HVACsystems and application.
• Good knowledge of Quality, Healthy and environmental management systems and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem*solving skills.
• Good level of interpersonal and communication skills
• Good language ability in both spoken and written English and Arabic
