1. Coordinator – Sales & Marketing (Bunker)
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities related to arrangment of fuel supplies to international vessels worldwide;
- Follow-up the bunker purchase procedure before, during and after fuel supply to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues as may arise;
- Prepare daily operations activity report;
- Prepare contracts and correspondence for the agencies as and when required;
- Post fixture of all department activity and invoicing (Oracle system);
- Attend to the inquiries of the customers and ensure that their requirements are met;
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
2. Dockmaster (Shipyard)
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day docking/undocking operations and maintain log book
- Coordinate quay side vessel movements/shifting operations
- Ensure necessary naval architecture calculations are carried out prior to any docking operations. Monitor and coordinate the docks/shiplift blocks arrangement.
- Monitor the preventive and breakdown maintenance plan, and ensure implementation by Milaha Ship Management. Ensure that all equipment onboard is well-maintained and fully operational
- Ensure floating dock is maintained and class surveys are carried out as required
- Conduct safety briefing/toolbox talk prior to dock operations and maintain relevant documentations
- Ensure mooring/ dock maintenance teams are adequately trained to meet the highest standards of quality, safety and efficiency during operations
- Maintain documentation/ drawings of ship lift and floating docks, ensure compliance in accordance with Milaha Ship Management guidance
- Put forward requisitions of spare parts and materials to repair and maintain floating dock and ship lift
- Oversee installation of machineries of both ship lift and floating docks

3. Warehouse CSR
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Communicate to the clients/customers regarding the cargo which have been shipped via land, air or sea freight
- Respond to all requests for quotations from internal parties within 24 hours from initial receipt with a daily tracking report
- Monitor daily shipments, handle any issues that may have occurred such as lost shipments, Ship on Board (SOB) status, Shipment status, Container loading and positioning, etc.
- Liaise with all overseas agents, major shipping lines and airlines in procuring the best rates as per the customer’s requirements
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain a closed contact with all customers
- Operations
- Upload incoming shipments details into Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Provide to Assistant Manager weekly inbound and outbound volume reports by customer
- Participate in the operations activities in cooperation with other relevant departments to ensure proper coordination of orders
- Coordinate with the Warehouse Operations team to find solutions and resolve matters in relation to customer’s queries
- Maintain records of interactions/shipments with the customers in an orderly manner
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries and follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken

4. Mechanic
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Fully responsible for a section team supervision, coordination and leadership in coordination with other sections to support, follow up, report and organize related work activities in the yard
- Troubleshoot mechanical systems and work towards improvement of team members and facility/tools/equipment
- Ensure strict supervision of team personnel towards maximum productivity and efficiency with safety and quality first in mind
- Follow up strictly the assignments, organize and coordinate to execute the tasks/activities as per the approved documentation (drawings, specifications and procedures)
- Prepare request of materials /services for mechanical repairs. Responsible for ordering, monitoring, distributing and installation of materials
- Prepare calibration reports for engines, tail shafts, rudders etc. in coordination with QA/QC section
- Ensure work is executed in assigned budgeted hours, by mantaining accurate tracking of the bookings and manhours consumed by each team member
- Plan and project manpower requirement. Ensure manpower requirements are communicated to / from the Foreman and are available
- Report any deviation from schedule and inform in advance Foreman for any risks, deviations and issues expected

5. Auto Electrician
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Performs preventive and routine maintenance as per maintenance plan.
- Performs major and minor repairs, inspections, checklist of all equipment
- Diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems, performs overhaul of Auto Electrical components complete
- Wiring, troubleshooting etc.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles to identify potential problems and extend their Lifetime.
- Test and replace electrical components, such as alternators, starters, and batteries.
- Repairs, installs, replaces, and tests electrical circuits, equipment, vehicles and appliances using appropriate tools And testing instruments.

- Perform the Complete routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
- Inspect service and/or repair clutch assemblies and associated operating system components.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare / issue story board, method statement, instalaltion procedures, calculation note, seafastening calculation, structural analysis and reports, sketches, drawing & lifting plan;
- Review equipment specifications for in-house and hired equipment, converse with suppliers to ensure plant and equipment are compliant. Monitor pricing and cost;
- Attend project client meetings / briefings and prepare draft and final reports for MWS inspections, Clients’ construction projects and diving / ROV / survey / inspection projects.
- Ensure project execution is within budget and schedule of the project scope and ensure compliance with corporate standards and guideline;
- Work with multiple discipline projects and monitor fieldwork activities, as well as organize minimum subcontractors on a daily basis;
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications;
- Coordinate with estimation team project estimation and project schedule;

- Make shop fabrication and detail drawing.
- Checking drawing with specification data from incoming client.
- Materialist & calculation loading data, Calculation weight of equipment.
- Handle design planning and process using Engineering Drawing Procedure.
- Making sketch or draft drawing from inspection site and application in the design drawing.
- Provide draughting support, as requested, to all Project/Tender teams

- Good coordinate with interpersonal skills, liaising with the Engineer of other disciplines and departments.

10. Senior Structural Engineer
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare / review design analyses, calculations and procedures for structural in-service & pre-service engineering analyses deliverables such as: inplace, transportation, lifting, load-out, seafastening/tie-down, installation, vessel deck layout and modification, ROV platform erection, etc.
- Be familiar with the project scope of work, specifications, schedule and all inter-discipline requirements; including identifying concerns as early as practicable and taking appropriate initiatives to address the issues.
- Interface with other departments to obtain input for Discipline designs and drawings.
- Maintain close co-ordination with other disciplines / entities, such as; Project Management Team, Vessel, ROV, Survey, Offshore, Fabrication, Construction, etc.
- Assist in preparation of estimates for bid proposals, including technical query reviews, execution statements and manhour estimates.
- Raise technical queries to obtain missing information, clarify work scope, and to maintain preferred Company procedures, specifications, standards, practices and operational requirements.
- Prepare Discipline engineering design basis, philosophies, and technical specifications, as required.
- Participate in finalizing deliverables lists and deliverables, ensuring compliance with specifications and functional integrity.
- Attend project review meetings, vendor meetings, engineering meetings and offshore site surveys, as required.
- Assist procurement team in procuring Discipline equipment, materials and services; ensuring that work produced complies with Company objectives and procedures.
- Review vendor and subcontractor submittals, checking for compliance with project specifications and providing comments as necessary.
11. Foreman – Rigging and Scaffolding
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible overall for jobs execution/assignments by Supervisor, on time, team coordination, team leadership, other sections coordination for support, follow up, report and request support from line manager in order to accomplish the activities at the earliest;
- Responsible for assistant foreman and team members performance;
- Ensure that lifting operations are strictly planned and conducted as per Shipyard Lifting Procedure
- Safety procedures and practices are strictly implemented in all lifting and rigging activities
- Coordinate with other sections personnel in order to accomplish on time the activities and report to your superior for any bottle necks for support;
- Supervise and lead assistant foremen in the department and troubleshoot/solve problems and work towards improvement of team members and facility/tools/equipment;
- Provide firm technical support to team members;
- Follow up strictly the project plan tasks and activities, organize and coordinate as per the approved documentation (drawings, specifications and procedures). Report any deviation from schedule and inform in advance supervisor for any risks, deviations and issues expected;
- Responsible to ensure assistant foremen keep tracking of manhours consumed by each team member and correct bookings;
- Ensure all rigging tools/equipment are inspected, certified and colour coded prior to use;
- Ensure lifting procedures are strictly followed and request procedure if non available for particular job;
- Follow strictly the approved documented procedures and request amendments if deviations are applicable;
- Advise and recommend procedures improvement and equipment purchase in order to save hours and perform as per high safety and quality standards available in the shipyard;
12. Hatch Foreman
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Implement the planned activities on practical execution.
- Collect in full autonomy information concerning availability of locations, equipment, work force and development of the process.
- Co-ordinate the work of the crane team and labours for best performance
- Control the lashing and un-lashing process for containers and general cargo vessels
- Assist the operation supervisor during the daily briefing and tool-box talk.
- Is responsible for the condition and proper usage of cargo gears.
- Is responsible for requesting the suitable type, number and size of the cargo gear in use.
- Control and monitor the work force swift and shift change time
- Collect and distribute information concerning work and act if necessary in connection to ship’s cargo plan and packing list
- Execute supporting activities in case of damages and awkward situations
- Signal and take immediate action when confronted with dangerous situation
13. Structural Fabricator
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- To carry out all type of gas cutting jobs, all type of steel fabrication works and ship repair works.
- Read drawings, sketches and preparation of steel plates with accurate measurement.
- To work independently with the instruction of steel section foreman, charge-hand and group leaders. Fabrication involved cropping, preparation, fabrication and tack welding.
- Ensuring that all works are carried out in a safe manner and in compliance with the divisions quality assurance procedures and quality manuals
- Layout, measure, and mark dimensions and reference lines according to drawings and templates, using measuring equipment.
- Housekeeping & Safety – Ensure the workplace and worksite are kept clean and tidy, during and after completion of work. Customer premises/facilities are to be treated with respect and kept clean at all times.
- Ensure all operations/work are carried out in a safe manner; ensure fellow workers wear the correct PPE.
- Practical, technical skill, good co-ordination, problem solving skills and to be able to complete detailed and accurate work.

14. Driver/Messenger
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Transport employees and visitors to and from desired locations.
- Deliver and collect items, documents, passes, invoices, etc. and obtain acknowledgment signatures.
- Inspect and keep assigned vehicles free from damage and in a safe condition.
- Report vehicle maintenance issues.
- Ensure cleanliness of vehicles used.

15. IT Project Manager
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and implementation of Software Projects (Initiation through Closure) and serve as the main point of contact during all project phases
- Facilitate definition of project scope, goals, deliverables and project meetings – internal and external
- Manage Customers’ implicit and explicit business requirements and ensure they are addressed within our solution footprint and agreed SOW
- Close collaboration with system analysts, Software Integrator and application owners in being the business/functional end counterpart in solution finding and solution maintenance

16. Welder
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- To fabricate, lay out and fits out metal components to assemble structural forms, such as machinery components, bridge parts, piping parts ,etc using knowledge of welding techniques
- To fabricate, lay out in positions, aligns to assemble piping components together to match in a drawing supplied by another party or fits in a piping system to fulfill requirements
- To bolt, clamp and tack-weld parts to secure in position for welding
- Set up equipment and weld parts, using arc, gas shielded arc, submerged arc or gas welding equipment and other related power tools/equipment (saws, grinders). Determines required equipment and the welding method applying knowledge of metallurgy, geometry and welding techniques
- Good experience in various weld positions such as , flat , horizontal, vertical or overhead positions
- Ability to comprehend isometric and floor drawings to the required level of job performance.
- Follow welding / fabrication procedures in terms of use of welding consumables, ensuring identification and traceability, material control, etc.
- Ability to weld multiple metal types to a high standard minimizing welding defects and reworks.

- Propeller and tailshaft removing and refitting and replacing of seals.
