• Knowledge of swimming pool sanitation and
chlorination systems.
• Skilled in the application of lifesaving techniques.
• Skilled in swimming & Rescues swimmers in
danger of drowning
• Ability to react quickly and calmly in emergencies.
• Ability to perform rescue actions, administer first
aid and CPR.

Qualifications & Skills: A minimum of 8 years of experience
estimating costs for facade projects, particularly for Facade
Remediation. An in depth understanding of the materials,
systems and regulations. High proficiency in MS Office and
estimation software -On Screen Takeoff.
