1. Registered Nurse – OPD

Essential Job Functions & Key Responsibilities:
Professional responsibility, performance and practice:
Accepts responsibility and accountability for all actions and decision making within scope of practice as defined by QCHP.
Adheres to the Code of Conduct for QCHP, and the hospital.
Completes mandatory and unit specific competencies and demonstrates ongoing compliance with appropriate evidence.
Develops and maintains own professional portfolio.
Takes responsibility for own professional development and actively engages in ongoing self-directed learning.
Obtains accredited and non-accredited Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) Units in compliance with QCHP requirements.
Complete mandatory annual staff training requirements.

Complying consistently with all hospital policies, procedures and practices relevant to position.
